V500/500/500A

This Myers unit incorporates a heavy duty box angle sweep blade with a three prong gate blade and an open auger screw. Perfect for delegate materials like nano particles and materials with poor flow characteristics. The mixer, controls and vacuum tank were manufactured by Myers.

500/500/500 H Frame - 6.4MM cP Mixer

This Myers unit incorporates heavy duty gear box reducers with special bearing house arrangements to handle the demand of a 6,000,000cP caulking. The blades consist of a two prong box angle sweep blade with two bowtie blades (one adjustable) on a single shaft and a helical auger for unique blending of complex materials. The unit is driven with a solid state variable frequency inverter.

550/500 Series

Three shaft disperser mixer. This machine has added to the high viscosity capability of the 550 by adding a third shaft as an intermediate speed mixer inside the sweep impeller opposite the high speed shaft to provide more intermixing through the batch. This third agitator blade is shown here as a gate blade, but it can have other configurations usually 3 motors.
