PLC Controls 

Enhance the management and performance of your mixing station with a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) System. Since the PLC is a digital computer used in automation of industrial processes it is well adapted for a large range of automation tasks. Common to mixing applications one could expect to monitor or control parameters such as: speed, torque, pressure, temperature variations and total time running.

Myers can tailor the control or process package to meet many of your mixing process requirements. They may range from simple electro-mechanical controls to advanced multi-staged PC control systems.  Myers has provided a number of process control packages to optimize function, quality and overall profitability of the entire process.

Engineering Services

Myers offers services to assist in the design, specification and implementation of process mixing stations. Stations can include a Myers mixer supplied along with process heating and cooling systems, condensers, vacuum pumps, piping layout, flow controls and PLC components.
